Beth is a solutions-focused coach who believes in the resourcefulness of her clients. She approaches her assignments from the ground that coaching should be a thought-provoking partnership that should lead to a transformative journey for her clients. 

As an executive coach, she holds space for her clients to reflect as they discover new possibilities that lie untapped within. She is ardent about supporting her clients to access their deeper self-awareness and unlocking their potential within. 

Among other certificates, Beth holds a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from USIU, Diploma in Executive Coaching from AoEC, and recently was certified by Lumina Learning Ltd to facilitate psychometric tests in Lumina Spark, Lumina Sales, and Lumina Select. She has over Seventeen years of experience in people’s space focusing on training, coaching, leadership development, and overall Human resource management functions. 

She has worked in the Food industry for thirteen years and is currently in the real estate industry as Group Human Resource Manager at NW Realite Ltd for over four years now.
